Josh Hall and Christina Haack, who filed for divorce from Christina Haack, the show’s star, in July, makes an appearance in the latest season of Christina in the Country.

Josh appears in a number of moments in the second season of the HGTV show, which debuted on Tuesday, November 12, and was taped prior to the breakup of the ex-partners. The latest season of the Christina on the Coast spin-off, like the first, follows the designer as she moves her company from California to Tennessee and takes her family on a trip to the country.

Josh talks candidly about their problematic first Tennessee flip project, which Christina claims has been “sitting there for over a year” because of septic system problems, after expressing interest in locating some more houses to flip in the Nashville area.
Josh promises his ex-wife that he would make every effort to locate ventures that will yield a rapid profit.
Later in the show, Josh Hall and Christina Haack go to downtown Franklin, Tennessee, together to look at a possible flip and discuss the project’s advantages and disadvantages over dinner at their favorite local eatery.
Christina points out that they have yet to complete their first flip, which has already cost them $620,000. Josh claims that this is a “sore subject” for him.
The program also includes Christina’s house in Leipers Fork, Tennessee, where she and Josh resided while shooting with their kids, Hudson, 5, Taylor, 14, and Brayden, 9, whom she shares with her ex-boyfriend Tarek El Moussa.
The first season of the show, which debuted in January 2023, used the contemporary farmhouse as a primary setting. In October, Christina formally listed the house for $4.5 million.
Before she had met her now-estranged husband, the mother of three bought the house in February 2021. Josh moved out of their Newport Beach home and onto their country property after they split up, a source previously.
