After being taken to MCH Odessa, the driver of the second car passed away. The collision took place on FM 1053 approximately a mile and a 1/2 south of the Texas Highway 329 interchange in Crane County at around 7:20 p.M. On November 20.
Eighteen-yr-antique twin boys Jaden and Jackie Jurado and their sister, 16-year-vintage Nautica Carrasco, have been concerned within the head-on crash. Ector County Sheriff Mike Griffis reported that all three youngsters perished at the scene. The Texas Public Safety Department is looking into the matter.
The 3 kids are the offspring of Patrol Lt. Heather Perkins, who has served for Ector County Sheriff’s Office for 23 years and progressed up the ranks after starting within the prison.
After 37 years of service, her father, Jackie, retired from ECSO in 2015.
They were all good kids, Griffis added. Social media posts claimed that every child was sporty.
At Buena Vista ISD, counselors were made available.
