Jessica Alba was first cast by Marvel to play Sue Storm, the Invisible Woman, in the Fantastic Four movie from 2005. Alba still has many happy recollections of her heroic days, over twenty years later. She thought the films marked a sea change in her life because of this.
Jessica Alba believed that “Fantastic Four” provided her a fresh start.
Alba was well-known for portraying action heroes prior to Fantastic Four. She played the cybernetic warrior Max Guevara in Dark Angel, one of her breakthrough roles. However, Alba didn’t get the same sense of fulfillment from other ventures as Dark Angel did. Alba soon became disenchanted with the stereotyped roles that were presented to her.
Jessica Alba was given the chance to portray a character that seemed more respectable to her in Fantastic Four. Nevertheless, she acknowledged that she was a little anxious about playing the well-known superhero.
She particularly valued the Invisible Woman’s significance to the heroic family.
However, Alba’s personal and professional lives were also impacted by Fantastic Four. While working on the films, Alba made new pals. On the production of the 2005 film Fantastic Four, she even got to know Cash Warren, her current husband.
Vanessa Kirby, a new member of the “Fantastic Four,” just received advise from Jessica Alba.
A few former Marvel actors have lately returned to their superhero roles. Alba wouldn’t mind reprising her role as Sue Storm, even though she wasn’t one of them.
But in the meantime, Vanessa Kirby, star of Pieces of a Woman, will play the role in the Fantastic Four movie that comes out in 2025. Before Kirby was formally revealed as Sue Storm, there had been long-running rumors that she was a member of the Marvel superhero family. Jessica Alba gave her successor some wise counsel on portraying the superhero because of her own experience with the role.
